"Short Sales: new issues, new forms, new ideas" - review new PAR forms and discuss the market conditions that led to creating the forms, learn about the conditions that led to the new issues, the discussions that went into the new forms, and ideas for practical use of the forms, identify potential clients who may be affected by a changing marketplace (3.5 hours)
"Real Estate 101" - review of terminology and practical applications in the required 7-hour "General" course for new PA licensees (licensed after December 1, 2007), also counts as 7-hours of regular CE for existing licensees
"Real Estate 201" - review of residential terms and conditions in the elective 7-hour "Residential" course for new PA licensees (licensed after December 1, 2007), also counts as 7-hours of regular CE for existing licensees
