"Examining the Agreement for Sale" - in-depth analysis of the changes and purpose of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors recently updated agreement for the sale of residential real estate (AOS), analysis of important sectionsof the AOS with comparisons to similar forms in other states (7 hours).

"Short Sales:  new issues, new forms, new ideas" - review new PAR forms and discuss the market conditions that led to creating the forms, learn about the conditions that led to the new issues, the discussions that went into the new forms, and ideas for practical use of the forms, identify potential clients who may be affected by a changing marketplace (3.5 hours)

"Real Estate 101" - review of terminology and practical applications in the required 7-hour "General" course for new PA licensees (licensed after December 1, 2007), also counts as 7-hours of regular CE for existing licensees

"Real Estate 201" - review of residential terms and conditions in the elective 7-hour "Residential" course for new PA licensees (licensed after December 1, 2007), also counts as 7-hours of regular CE for existing licensees

PA Broker Courses

15-hour PA broker courses that also counts as 14-hours of PA continuing education.  Ideal for PA licensees seeking NJ salesperson's license.  Provides thorough review of new PAR forms and existing forms that should be used on a regular basis.

Continuing Education Courses Focused on Market Analysis

Presentations and Continuing Education courses built around practical knowledge of local and regional real estate markets

"Outside the Numbers" - learn what is going on in the regional market, what caused it, and review important considerations for future activity (3.5 hours)

"How to Explain Market Conditions to Sellers . . . and Licensees" - review regional and national information that affects the real estate market and turn it into local, personalized information - laptop suggested (7 hours)

"Presenting Solutions to Clients" - examine MLS data and prepare presentations for consumers - laptop required (3.5 hours)

Technology Training

One-on-one, small group or large group assistance with TOP PRODUCER, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Publisher, Wyldfyre or MS-Excel:  from basics to advanced techniques.

Meet the Director

Charles “Chuck” Cosgrove has been in Real Estate since 1991. He is licensed in PA, NJ and NC. Chuck trains pre-licensing, broker and continuing education classes with an accent on market information, technology  and student involvement. He volunteers at the state and local level on forms and professional standards committees, and he brings experience from selling, managing and training to every class!
